Realme is gearing up to launch the Realme Note 80 in Pakistan, with local teasers now appearing several months after the phone first debuted internationally.

The upcoming handset is being positioned around three key selling points: a 6,300mAh battery, a relatively slim 7.94mm body, and claimed 1.8-meter drop protection. Together, those features give the Note 80 a clear focus on battery endurance and durability in the budget segment.

Despite carrying a large battery, the device remains under 8mm thick. Realme has also equipped it with IP54-rated protection against dust and splashes, while the company says the phone has been tested to withstand drops from heights of up to 1.8 meters.

The 6,300mAh battery supports 15W wired charging and 6W reverse wired charging. Given the phone’s modest hardware, users with lighter usage patterns could potentially stretch a full charge well beyond a day.

Performance, however, is where the Note 80 keeps expectations modest. It is powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset, an octa-core platform clocked at up to 1.8GHz, paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

Storage is based on eMMC 5.1, which is slower than the UFS storage now appearing on some newer budget smartphones. While the international version has also been offered with 128GB storage, current local information points to a 4GB + 64GB configuration for Pakistan.

On the software side, the Realme Note 80 runs Android 15 with Realme UI 6. Realme has not yet confirmed how many major Android upgrades the phone will receive after launch.

The front of the device features a 6.74-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Brightness peaks at around 563 nits, while the panel uses a conventional waterdrop-style notch for the selfie camera.

Photography hardware is basic, with an 8MP primary rear camera capable of recording 1080p video at 30 fps. A 5MP front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls, while biometric security is provided through a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

In Thailand, the Realme Note 80 with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage was priced at 3,599 baht, equivalent to roughly Rs 32,000. If Realme follows a similar pricing strategy in Pakistan, the handset could land in the low-Rs 30,000 range, though official local pricing has not yet been announced.

With its 6,300 mAh battery, slim 7.94 mm profile, IP54 protection, and 1.8 m drop resistance, the Realme Note 80 appears aimed at buyers who value long battery life and everyday durability more than raw performance or camera capability.
